Fly Like An Eagle-Muti-day Heli-Rafting

Are you looking for the ultimate multi-day whitewater rafting trip? This one-of-a-kind adventure combines some of the best whitewater thrills, camping, and hiking, BC has to offer

Multi day Heli-rafting has arrived in British Columbia. Join us this summer on one of the most exciting rafting excursions that has come along to British Columbia in years. Experience 3 full days of heart-pounding thrills on the incredibly exciting and world-famous Clearwater River that is now accessible only by helicopter. An area of Wells Gray Park that has some of the most exciting Whitewater in BC, including Sabertooth Canyon, one of the biggest and most exciting rapids rafted in the province. But there is so much more to this trip than just Whitewater. Wells Gray Park is known as the waterfall Park and for an incredibly good reason. During our 3 days we will spend time hiking into three of the most exciting waterfalls in the park, Sylvia/Goodwin, Spahats, and Moul Falls.

The Clearwater Valley is unarguably one of the most majestic valleys in all of BC Parks. The river alone is something to behold. Described by Richard C. Bocking in his book “The Mighty River” as one of the most dynamic tributaries of the entire Fraser River system. Clearwater River is the culmination of an incredible concentration of waterfalls, rapids, and chutes, probably the greatest in BC. The Clearwater River is described by many as one of the last big volume free flowing Rivers of its kind in the Pacific Northwest.  Old Growth Cedar forests, incredibly stunning vistas, and hikes into mind blowing waterfalls, make this trip rafting excursion unlike any other rafting trip available.

In between rapids, there is time to glance up as you drift by towering canyons and cliffs of ancient lava, left over from a time when the Clearwater Valley was bursting with volcanic activity. As a result of the unique volcanic features, Wells Gray Park-a wild and untouched wilderness of over 540,000 hectares-is being considered for UNESCO "World Heritage Status". The trip starts in Clearwater where we meet our guests and prepare everybody to fly into an area of Wells Gray Park seldom seen by anybody but the most adventurous hiker, or hard-core kayaker. This wilderness trip boasts some of the biggest Whitewater in BC currently run with oar rafts as well as a chance to hike into and explore some of the big waterfalls Wells Gray Park is famous for.
